The following pre-conference events will take place:

1.   Complimentary Glass-Boat Trip & Lunch.
2.   Conference Reception.
3.   Registration.

1.  Complimentary Glass-Boat Trip & Lunch

The MESC-5 symposium offers for its participants a pre-conference complimentary Glass-Boat “Ocra Hyperion” trip in the Red Sea, on Friday 23^rd May, 2008. During the trip, participants will have the chance to penetrate the Red Sea warm water, discover its corals and embrace thousands of kinds of the Red Sea Magnificent Fish. The three-hours duration welcoming voyage will include also include a set menu lunch and show.

 

Trip Schedule & Details:

15.00 hrs Departure from the marina	Cruising until reaching the coral area. Guests can enjoy the sight seeing, sea & beach view from the upper deck and the main lounge (Duration 45 minutes).
15.45 hrs Glass-boat trip	Passengers to go down to the lower deck (glass-boat) to watch the fish and corals of the Red Sea.
16.15 hrs Lunch time	Guests will be served a set menu lunch while enjoying an entertainment and “Tannouras” show then back to the marina.
18.00 hrs Arrival to the marina	Arrival to the marina then back to the Hotel.
